Rebecca Yawman, Owner/RN, LMT, FMACP

Rebecca Yawman, RN, LMT, FMACP, grew up in Southern California and later moved to the Pacific Northwest to attend the University of Oregon, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her passion for health and wellness led her to Seattle’s Cortiva Institute, where she studied Massage Therapy and developed a deep appreciation for the vital role the nervous system plays in maintaining balance and overall health.

Craniosacral Therapy quickly became a focal point of Rebecca’s practice due to its ability to address deeply rooted patterns in the body and its profound benefits in trauma rehabilitation. After graduating from Cortiva’s Professional Massage Therapy program in 2012, she continued her advanced Craniosacral studies at Bastyr University. She incorporates this therapy as a cornerstone of her practice to help release chronic physical and emotional patterns, promoting healing and restoration.

Rebecca also specializes in Lymphatic Drainage, a gentle yet powerful technique that supports the body’s natural detoxification processes, reduces swelling, and enhances immune function, making it a valuable complement to her holistic approach.

In 2018, Rebecca discovered Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) and was amazed by its efficacy in treating chronic pain. She integrated FSM into her sessions immediately, leveraging its ability to enhance injury recovery, mobilize scar tissue, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall wellness.

Driven by her commitment to continuous learning and the desire to offer new therapies to her clients, Rebecca pursued a career in nursing. She spent time working in the operating room, where she gained valuable experience and a deeper understanding of the body’s healing processes. Currently, she works as a surgical RN while continuing her education to become a Nurse Practitioner. Additionally, as a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach (FMCHC), she integrates a holistic perspective into her practice.

Rebecca remains deeply committed to supporting clients through bodywork and continues to offer personalized sessions that blend her expertise in Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM), Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, and integrated therapies.
